Below, you will find some general FAQs that pertain to Crafting Soulful Stories as a whole. But no matter what questions you have, I will answer and put your mind at ease, assuring you that Crafting Soulful Stories is for you!
A. I am based in New York City, but I am always ready to travel. Just say where and I will meet you there.
Q. Where are you located?
A. Yes, it more than 30 miles outside the Northeast states of NY, NJ, CT, and PA. Except Texas (contact me to learn more.)
Q. Do you charge for travel?
A. No, I personally don’t do video, but I have a list of videographers that are on my preferred vendors list, that I have worked with before.
Q. Do you have video services?
A. Yes, after signing the contact you have to put down a 50% retainer fee, to lock you into my calendar and get the process started.
Q. Do I have to put down any money?
A. Yes, exclusively for my elopement packages. I also have a number of other photographers on my preferred vendors list that I work with to make your celebration special.
Q. Can I hire you to be both my Celebrant and Photographer?
A. What ever service you hire me for, it’s a team collaboration, I want to hear everything you have. Tell me your vision, and with my expertise and knowledge I will shape your ideas into a spectacular memory.
Q. How involved can I get with the creativity and giving my input?
A. Yes, Have a general idea of what you are looking for, and during the consultation call, we can structure it for you. Remember this will be a team effort.
Q. Do I need to have anything prepare before reaching out?
A. Yes, for most services it is the clients responsibility to obtain the required permit for the area. I can walk you through the process if you do not know how. The Adventure Elopement Experience is the package, I will handle that for you.
Q. Do I need to get permits for a location I like? If so how do I obtain it?
Q. What happens if you are sick and can't make it to the agreed upon celebration?
A. If I am sick I will secure you a exemplary replacement that is one of my colleges in the service you need at no additional cost.
A. My calendar is open 18 months out of the current date.
Q. How early can I book with you?
A. Having both the perspective of a photographer and a celebrant allows me to tell a story from different ways. I also really love meeting new people and getting to know them. I can walk into any room ready to talk and really get to know a person.
Q. What sets you apart from some other vendors?
